President Klusczinski clarified that votes in the affirmative will support the motion to deny the •
application and reminded the members to state their reasons when voting. Roll call was ordered.
Commissioner Gelfman (AYE): I vote aye on the motion to deny application #2018-040413
due to no definitive plans yet for the school house property when it comes to a new location
or keeping it in the same place, and the demolition of the non-contributing ancillary
building due to the easement issues that need to be addressed by Marie Louise Rumpf.
Commissioner Anderson (AYE): I vote in the affirmative on the motion to deny application
#2018-0404B due to legal issues, representation from the owner of the property, plans for
the entire project, and lack of overall scope with variables.
Commissioner Hertel (AYE): I vote aye on the motion to deny application #2018-0404B due
to the questionable legal representation of the owner, the broad application items regarding
the relocation / demolition / mitigation of the site, and the lack of owner engagement.
Commissioner Klusczinski (AYE): I vote in favor of the motion to deny application #2018-
0404B with respect to lack of representation by the property owner, lack of documentation
of the owner's full legal consent for action for the improvements upon that property, and
overall lack of information for the assessment of the complete proposal number two listed
under application items.
Commissioner Gordon (AYE): I vote to deny application #2018-040413 for all of the
previously mentioned reasons.
Commissioner Molnar (AYE): I vote in the affirmative on the motion to deny application •
#2018-040413 for all the previously mentioned reasons. In addition, I would like to add also
to specifically to deny item number two for demo in that there is an obvious viable option in
place to save the building.
Six in favor, none opposed.
Vote: 6 - 0.
