Commissioner Anderson (AYE): I vote in the affirmative on the motion to deny application #2018-0404B due to legal issues, representation from the owner of the property, plans for the entire project, and lack of overall scope with variables. Commissioner Hertel (AYE): I vote aye on the motion to deny application #2018-0404B due to the questionable legal representation of the owner, the broad application items regarding the relocation / demolition / mitigation of the site, and the lack of owner engagement.
