The applicant requested that COA #2018-0426 be withdrawn from the agenda. <br />Commissioner Molnar made a motion to amend the agenda. Seconded by <br />Commissioner Gordon. <br />Seven in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 7 — 0. Motion to amend the agenda to withdraw COA #2018-0426 is passed. <br />B. COA #2018-0430, listed as 608 Portage, should read 608 Park Avenue. <br />Commissioner Molnar made a motion to amend the agenda to reflect this clerical <br />error. Seconded by Commissioner Anderson. <br />Seven in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 7 — 0. Motion to amend the agenda is passed. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING <br />A.
