APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. May 22nd, 2018 <br />Commissioner Bonham made a motion to approve. Seconded by Commissioner <br />Molnar. <br />Five in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 5 — 0. May minutes are approved. <br />B. STAFF REPORTS <br />• <br />1. COA Report — Distributed. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. DISPOSITION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ASSETS <br />- Meeting is scheduled. <br />2. RENOVATIONS / SPECIAL PROJECTS <br />- Committee Chair Molnar expressed a desire that someone else to step up and <br />chair this committee, as his life is exceedingly busy at this moment. Discussion <br />was held. With the pending departure of Commissioner Anderson, <br />Commissioner Molnar accepted that he will continue in that role for the <br />immediate future. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Local Landmarks Committee <br />a. Acting President Gelfman appointed Joseph Molnar the interim Chair for the <br />Landmarks Committee. <br />b. Acting President Gelfman appointed Commissioner Canada and Historic <br />Preservation Specialist Toering to the Landmarks Committee. <br />B. Historic Preservation Commission President <br />a. The Commission discussed the vacancy of the President, and Commission members <br />expressed desire to replace the President. <br />20 <br />
