STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff would divide the components of this application into two • <br />categories: 1) the replacement of non -original windows with Quaker Classic Fit Series Windows, and 2) <br />the replacement of original windows with Quaker Classic Fit Series windows. <br />The replacement of the non -original windows on the South and East side is received favorably by Staff, <br />and is therefore recommended for approval. <br />The replacement of the original windows is considered less favorably, and staff would recommend that <br />they be rehabilitated.
