South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - November 21, 1997 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />m. continued.... <br />This is the property that the Commission <br />is selling to Murdoch, Coll and Lillibridge <br />for construction of a new office building. <br />It includes the eight acre building site, plus <br />the two acres for expansion. The <br />Commission will only deed over the eight <br />acres and will hold on to the remaining <br />two acres until the company is ready to <br />expand. The bonds related to all 10 acres <br />will be defeased. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1556 accepting the transfer of real <br />property from the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 119 East Elm. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of October 1, <br />1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 119 East Elm.
