Legal — Met the first deadline for filing paperwork with the Eric Boyd appeal. <br />They are requiring that he submit a position statement of how the current appeal <br />differs from the previous appeal. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. President — Distributed. Also attended the pre -budget discussion with County <br />officials accompanying Commissioner Molnar and Director Feasel. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. RESOLUTION 17-02 "Solar Initiative Policy" <br />Commissioner Molnar moves to dispense with Resolution 17-02 with a second by Commissioner <br />Anderson. <br />Vote: 5 — 0 Unanimous. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. RESOLUTION 17-03 "Regarding the use of energy conservation and sustainably <br />technologies in historic landmark buildings and districts" <br />i, Commissioner Klusczinski sponsors the Resolution with a second by Commissioner Molnar. <br />Vote: 5 — 0 Unanimous. <br />B. RESOLUTION 17-04 "Staff Commendation for Debra Parcell, recognizing her service, <br />dedication and support of local preservation efforts in her capacity as HPC Deputy <br />Director" <br />Motion to continue Resolution 17-04 by Commissioner Gordon with a second by Commissioner <br />Molnar. <br />Vote: 5 — 0 Continued. <br />C. DEPUTY DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION <br />Motion to ratify Deputy Director job description by Commissioner Anderson with a second by <br />Commissioner Gordon. <br />Vote: 5 — 0 Unanimous. <br />D. DEPUTY DIRECTOR HIRE <br />Chair will entertain a motion to ratify the Executive Director's decision in executing her <br />administrative authority in hiring the Deputy Director for the Historic Preservation Commission <br />and welcome Mr. Adam Toering to the Commission as its newest staff member. On a motion by <br />Commissioner Molnar with a second by Commissioner Gelman. <br />Vote: 4 — 0 —1 Commissioner Anderson abstained. <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br />A.
