Window air <br />conditioners and exhaust fans should be installed at the rear or an inconspicuous side 11indow-. Original lighting fixtures should be <br />utilized whenever possible. <br />Prohibited <br />Holcs shall not he cut through walls or roofs in areas that can be seen frons the street to accommodate air conditioners or other mechanical <br />equipment. <br />Not Recommended <br />Exterior electrical and telephone cables should not be attached to the street clevntions of the building. <br />S'T'AFF RECOMMENDATION: ION: Staff recommends approx-al of the re -roofing (as a routine maintenance <br />exclusion). With consideration and understanding of the Clrrrlfin Park Local Historic Distriel Slanclarrls and <br />Guidelines, staff would recommend approval of the rear -facing solar panels.
