STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Applicant has shown a desire to incorporate existing historical elements (including reusing an <br />original window) in the new construction, and has put forth a plan that is sympathetic to the architectural standards required of <br />the neighborhood's outbuildings. Staff recommends approval of project as proposed. <br />Written by <br />Adam Toering <br />Deputy Director <br />Approved by <br />Elicia Feasel <br />Executive Director <br />Commission President Klusczinski requested it be shown that applicant has clarified not to exceed two <br />doors. <br />Commissioner Hertel made a motion to amend the application to include the language found <br />in prior permit (COA #2016-0308) "to extend the chain link fence to enclose the property". <br />Seconded by Commissioner Gelfman. <br />All in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 6 - 0 <br />Commissioner Buccellato made a motion to approve the motion as amended. Seconded by <br />Commissioner Hertel. <br />All in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 6 — 0 COA#2017-1002E Approved as amended, unanimously. <br />III. HEARING OF VISITORS —None. <br />IV.
