The drawing includes a site <br />plan showing improvements and a landscape plan. <br />The hardscape depicted on the design drawing will be concrete with color pigment <br />throughout the mix. Sidewalks and seating and parking will conform with ADA <br />requirements. <br />The benches will be very similar to the ones along our earlier service project in Leeper Park <br />West (west of Lafayette and south of the Tennis courts). <br />The Brick building that serves as a backdrop to the stage will be cleaned, some unsightly <br />equipment removed and the turquoise paint boarded window will be replaced with a more <br />attractive faux window that is in a color that blends better with the brick building color <br />palette. <br />The landscape will seek to better frame the stage and define the amphitheater space. <br />The stage will have posts that accommodate low key stage front lighting. <br />Madison is transforming from a failing K-4 Primary Center to what we expect will be a <br />more successful STEAM Academy. The school has been certified for Science, Technology, <br />Engineering and Math (STEM) curriculum and will add in the Arts for STEAM. The <br />amphitheater will allow education enrichment for 500 K-4 stidents who come from some of <br />the poorest families in the community. The Civic Theater has agreed to partner with the <br />
