Neighbor of 8/18 — 3:00 called to see if permission had been given for fence being installed. They feel it 1329 E Wayne is large, unsightly, and comes too far to the front of property. They believe the 1920's house next-door neighbor will be upset Next-door 8/18 —4:00 just got home and is VERY unhappy! The newly -installed fence is too tall, and Neighbor of only on one side. It feels personal! If this is supposed to be a security fence, 1329 E Wayne why doesn't it encompass the entire back yard?! Owners of 1329 usually don't Edgewater come home until after 7 p.m. Please do something!!! If she needs to do something to help this along, she gladly will. This is why they bought a house in a historic district - to prevent things like this!
