Kenmore Street proposed rezoning <br />28-15 742 East Ireland Road proposed rezoning <br />It is recommended that the above -list be referred to Mr. Magliozzi for confirmation of the'status of each of the <br />Bills which do not have an asterisk. . I would also recommend that the Office of the City Clerk also confirm <br />the status of each of the Bills listed herein. Once a comprehensive list is available, it is recommended that you <br />=onsider having a letter of notice sent by the Clerk to each petitioner who has a bill with an inactive status to <br />=onfirm the current status of their zoning request and whether they are moving the request forward in a <br />reasonable period of time, with a note that failure to respond within a reasonable period of time will result in <br />their pending Bill being struck from the record at a future Common Council meeting.
