Accessories, such as garages, sheds, fences and retaining walls are not maintained_ <br />in good repair. <br />Comment. Garage. <br />2. Structural members are deteriorated and no longer capable of safely supporting <br />imposed dead and live loads. <br />3. ,Foundation walls are no longer plumb and free from open cracks and breaks. There <br />are openings that may allow rats to enter. <br />4. Roof material and flaking is no longer sound and tight. Roof drains, gutters and <br />downspouts are no longer maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. <br />Comment. Caving in and holes in roof, <br />5. Doors and door hardware are not maintained in good condition. Locks no longer <br />tightly secure the door. <br />Section PM -202.0 General Definitions: <br />Workmanlike: Executed in a skilled manner, e.g., generally plumb, level, square, in <br />line, undamaged, and without marring adjacent work. To be workmanlike, maintenance <br />repair work must be performed in a manner consistent with work done by a skilled <br />craftsman. In general, floors should be level, walls plumb and square, and windows <br />installed so that they operate easily and fit within the rough opening to exclude the <br />elements. <br />Above violations are cited from the International Code Conference(ICC) Prooerfv <br />Maintenance Code of 2000: A copy of this Code is available for review in the <br />Department of Code Enforcement Office on the 13th floor of the County -City Building. <br />
