Private walks and drives are in a state Qf-disrennir . . <br />2. Accessories, such as garages, sheds, fences and retaining walls are not maintained <br />in good repair. <br />3. Wood and metal surfaces, such as windows, doors, frames, siding, overhang and <br />porches have peeling, flaking and chipped paint. <br />4. Structural members are deteriorated and no longer capable of safely supporting <br />imposed dead and live loads. 9 <br />5. Foundation walls are no longer plumb and free from open cracks and breaks. There <br />are openings that may allow rats to enter. <br />6. Walls (siding) have holes, breaks, loose or rotting materials; and are no longer <br />maintained weatherproof or properly surfaced coated. <br />7. Roof material and flaking is no longer sound and tight. Roof drains, gutters and <br />downspodts are no longer maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. <br />8. Overhang extensions, such as canopies, marquees, signs, awnings, and similar <br />overhang extension are not maintained in good repair and properly anchored. <br />9. Steps, stairways, decks, porches and balconies are not maintained structurally <br />sound, in good repair or properly anchored. <br />10. Windows, doors and frames are not weathertight. <br />11. Glazing materials (window and door glass) is cracked or broken, <br />12. Screens are missing and /or torn from openings. There are no approved, tight <br />fitting screens supplied for all openings utilized for ventilation. <br />
