October 6, 2015 <br />RE: 803 Park Ave <br />I discussed with the property owner his COA application and had to seek some clarifications for the <br />features that were on the drawing but not written in the text portion of the application. He is applying <br />to add a wall around the patio pavers he is proposing that will be 36" tall and will run 13' along the <br />sidewalk and 6' from the sidewalk toward the house on the south and W toward the house on the north. <br />This is not a retaining wall, but a separation wall for the paver patio.
