The Sunken Garden in the eastern section of the park along with all Vegetation, Pathways, Stairs and the <br />Fountain and Statues. <br />3. This work shall be coordinated with <br />the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the project. South Bend Parks <br />Department permission must be obtained.
