Director's Report <br />March 2015 <br />17 February Meeting with DCI: Jitin Kain, Chris Chockley of JP, Roger Nawrot City <br />Engineering concerning Bartlett Roundabout location and impact on Leeper Park. The Kessler <br />Plan will not be affected as the intrusion into the Park will be at the location of three residences <br />along Barlett and Michigan that were not part of Kessler's Plan. <br />18 February E-mailed Mark Telloyan and Tim Klusczinski information on HPC Enforcement. <br />Contacted Mark Lyons concerning Country Bake Shop, he said that a formal petition must be <br />made to Chuck Bulot as Building Commissioner. <br />19 February - Compsoed two Letters of Support for North Liberty's projects and e-mailed them <br />to Sue Solmos and the township clerk. <br />20 February <br />23 &24 February Sick Days <br />25 February General Office work. Followed up on projects. <br />26 February Green Ribbon Commission meeting at WNIT: assigned to Encourage & Support <br />Unique Identities for Neighborhoods. <br />27 February Proving Legal Description of Leeper Park for COA applications from DLZ and <br />Gary Gilot. Meeting with Gary about his proposal with partners Becon Medical, SBCSC and ND. <br />2 March COA Deadline. Received 2 for Leeper Park West. <br />3 March On site meeting at Walker Field to check out the WPA building, loggia, splash <br />pool and fountain. Loggia is in bad shape. Field house much better. Too much snow to <br />determine condition of splash pool and fountain. Received three COA for demolition from Code <br />for March meeting; first time HPC ever had 3 demos on an Agenda. Worked on Leeper Park <br />COAs. <br />4 March Continued to work on Staff Reports for Leeper Park and for 1631 LWW. <br />5 March Completed Staff Reports, prepared Commissioner Packets. Scanned more detailed <br />documentation into pdf files for e -mailing to Commissioners and applicants. <br />
