9 <br />I5Wrks <br />CONSTPUICMN &, KrAE MAINTENANCE <br />Re: Project at 1238 E Wayne Street South, South Bend, IN 46615 <br />We will be removing the current siding and the builder board on the entire house. We will be blowing in <br />insulation and installing visqueen for moisture protection. Then, we will be sheathing the entire house. <br />We will be wrapping the house in house wrap. We will be wrapping the wood window frame and trim it <br />with aluminum sheet. We will then be replacing the siding with LP SmartSide siding in Quiet Willow with <br />white trim on corners. We will be detaching and resetting the shutters, exterior light, attic vent, exterior <br />door, gutters, and downspouts. <br />The materials that we will be using are Owen Corning insulation (see attached flyer), visqueen for <br />moisture protection, HomeWorks sheathing and LP SmartSide siding (see attached flyer). <br />
