NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Robert Prine, representing Apollo Precision <br />Machining, Inc., stated that they did not <br />anticipate this expansion for another year. <br />But business is doing so well that they were <br />forced to expand earlier than anticipated. <br />Robert Prine stated that the development of <br />this new project will create six new, <br />permanent jobs within the first year, and they <br />anticipate an additional ten new jobs within <br />this three -year plan. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1546 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 4185 Ralph <br />Jones Drive in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that five counter offers <br />were received. <br />The first counter offer is from Russell <br />Sosnoski and Mary Degaugh for a residential <br />property located at 709 E. Wenger. The <br />counter offer is in the amount of $57,000. <br />The original purchase offer was $25,000. <br />The staff recommends accepting the counter <br />offer in the amount of $57,000, plus real <br />estate taxes. This is a lump sum payment for <br />both acquisition and relocation.
