Historic Preservation Commission <br />President's Report — August 17 2015 <br />• 07/20/2015 7P: HPC Monthly Meeting (Rm 1308) <br />• 08/14/2015 1:OOP- 3:OOP: Staff Meeting. Met with Catherine Hostetler to discuss <br />her list of special duties specific to the Executive Director. These include: <br />• The process to designate a Local Historic <br />• The process to designate a Local Landmark. <br />• Templates for the Staff Report for National Register Nominations <br />• Templates for each of the two CLG Reports -one annual and another every <br />three years or so. <br />• CDBG documentation for the additional $5,000.00 that is new this year. <br />• Template for the $25,000.00 submitted through DCI for the City's funding <br />of HPC. <br />• The Federal 106 Reviews for Bridges, Cell towers, roads, pathways, etc... <br />• It was also relayed to me that current staff members have location knowledge and <br />access to all documents, files and data. Those materials are kept in either physical <br />file locations (office), group- accessible network drive "P:\ ", or local folder <br />"C:\A4y Documents" (Executive Director's computer). <br />• Co -sign DHPA Certified Local Government letters of commitment to execute all <br />responsibilities subject to historic properties as mandated by state and local <br />legislation and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, amended. <br />• 08/14/2015: Retrieved collected job applications from St. Joseph County Human <br />Resources Department. <br />
