� �s � •' d Ti� \�� <br />o. <br />The LaSalle Apartments — Description of Proposed Work. <br />10711 America Way <br />Suite 200 <br />Fishers, IN 46038 <br />317.8155929 <br />Fax 3178155930 <br />The project intends to utilize Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit for a Certified Historic structure so all work <br />shall comply with Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation as reviewed and approved by the National <br />Park Service. <br />Work on the exterior of the building shall include: <br />• Masonry restoration of damaged brick and masonry and tuck- pointing deteriorated masonry joints <br />• Exterior concrete beam and column restoration and repainting — color to be determined <br />• Restoration of existing wood storefront windows including painting — color to be determined <br />• Replacement of existing Aluminum Storefront Entries with new Aluminum Storefront Entry systems <br />— color to be determined <br />• Restoration of existing wood double hung divided -light windows and installation of new storm <br />window units — color to be determined <br />• Replacement of existing vinyl windows with new clad wood replacement simulated divided light <br />windows with profiles to mimic historic wood windows. These windows will have clear glass and <br />window screens. Exact manufacturer will be determined through a public bidding process <br />administered by the City of South Bend. The City is funding the replacement of these windows. <br />• Two new hollow metal door openings at south elevation — painted — color to be determined <br />• New awnings at south elevation over new doors - fabric color to be determined <br />• Paint historic sheet -metal cornice — Colors to be determined. <br />• Paint metal balconette railings at east and north facade — railing will be removed for abrasive cleaning <br />and reinstalled. <br />• New gutter at south elevation <br />• Reopen three windows at south elevation and install new aluminum framed windows. <br />• Repair concrete sidewalk at east elevation dub to water infiltrations problems in lower level space. <br />• New entry canopy roof membrane <br />• Paint existing exposed surfaces at entry canopies — color to be determined <br />• New exterior light fixtures <br />• Wall Sconce and entry doors: Manning DE 205 -3N60 <br />• Ceiling mount at canopy: Prescolite #LBSQLEDAlOL- 30K -9 -WH <br />• Installation of new mechanical equipment on roof <br />wwwRealAmericaUC.com <br />
