7 November Began compiling data for balance of 2014 City funds. Prepared packets or <br />Commissioners and homeowners for mailing. General Office work. Letter for Lance Roush of <br />Re/MAX on 615 Riverside Drive in River Bend. <br />10 November Participated in the Northern Indiana Center for History Finance Committee <br />meeting. Responded to Penny Hughes inquiry about her rental at 225 Hammond, she wants to <br />install an overhead door on carriage house. Continued to work on Invoice for City Stipend. <br />Spoke at length with Reese Dieter owner of 611 E. Haney on the City's demo list. He is in Racine <br />262 886 2388. Researched 305 W. Navarre for Gene Forsythe -it was converted into 4 flats in <br />1928. Attended die first of five presentations on Panhandling and Public Intoxication. <br />Panhandlers have a surprising amount of protection under the law. <br />11 November Office Closed. Veterans Day <br />12 November Completed Invoice and e-mailed to Pam Meyer for payment. Another long <br />conversation with Reese Dieter. Meeting with Randy Wilkerson, Interim Code Director set up for <br />Thursday morning to discuss 611 Haney, Dean Building, Church and 307 La Monte. Checked on <br />status of in-line transfer submitted weeks ago; emailed Auditor's a pdf of die file. <br />13 November Very productive meeting with Randy Wilkerson and Steve Szaday. <br />Contacted Reese Dieter and left messages. Prepared for Green Ribbon Commission meeting. <br />Massive snow storm 6.2 inches by noon. Arranged meeting with Tim Johnson for 10 am Monday <br />at 307 La Monte widh Steve. Contacted Code about chimney concerns at 417 W. Navarre. <br />14 November Met with Chris Soucie and his parents concerning Minimum Maintenace <br />letter for 1342 LWE. Gave him contact information for Code, DCI SBHIP and HOA, the <br />Contractor Listing along with AE P's contact info and Brent Thompson. Spoke with Reese Dieter <br />and gave him the results of the meeting with Randy Wilkerson; referred him to Code for <br />information and for die Repair Agreement. General Office work, follow up widh Auditor's on In - <br />Line transfers and sent in supply requisition. <br />17 November On site meeting with Steve Szaday, Tim Johnson and worker at 307 LaMonte <br />concerning the proposed replacement windows. Steve is compiling a listing of Pella and Kolbe <br />wood casement window systems. The vinyl double hung windows in the rear will also be replaced <br />widh casement style windows. Meeting prep. Contacted Code and property manager with Tim's <br />photograph of chimney 417 W. Navarre; Code is scheduling a hearing on that property. <br />
