Sounds and Sweets: JMS Bldg <br />Scheduling meeting with Kellirae of <br />The Music Village and Carol Martin, <br />summer Intern. <br />Working with Joe Mehl at MACOG to <br />update HPCs County webpage. <br />Forwarding miscellaneous Press <br />Releases related to history, including <br />new paint job at Crepeau, Memorial <br />Day ceremony at City Cemetery, <br />etc. <br />Southhold Preservation Awards <br />Mailing additional invites. Preparing <br />VOTE ballot, send to Commissioners. <br />Review award tiles at CircaArts. <br />Prepare Certificates. Prepare event <br />presentation. Lots of <br />correspondence! Coordinate event <br />setup and execution. Present <br />awards. Follow up Press Release and <br />with award winners not in <br />attendance. Create planning <br />checklist. <br />Attend Partners for Clean Air Awards. <br />Seeking a grant for the following <br />issues: <br />HPC has one color printer and it is on <br />its way out, blue ink is splattered all <br />over and is on everything we print <br />from it. <br />Also, we are working with Notre <br />Dame Architecture Library and <br />Center for History, building an IPad <br />App for South Bend ... but HPC does <br />not have an IPad to be able to <br />access our App. <br />Research Reauests <br />1.3112-3113 Riverside Drive for Greg <br />Kil. <br />Volunteered at Ivy Tech School of <br />Fine Arts and Design to review <br />student portfolio and class proiects. <br />Volunteered at The State for the <br />historic Knute Rockne: All American <br />photo recreation. Working with <br />Commissioner Voll to display family <br />artifacts. Correspondence with <br />Commissioner Klusczinski regarding <br />his holdings. <br />
