Lafayette Blvd. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />President Klusczinski called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. <br />Members Present: Timothy S. Klusczinski, Thomas Gordon, Mike Voll, Dave Steinhauer, <br />Javier Aguilar, Brandon Anderson, Jerry Niezgodski (arriving at 5:30 p.m.) <br />Members Not in Attendance: Lynn Patrick, Kevin Buccellato <br />Staff Present: Catherine Hostetler, Director; Elicia Feasel, Assistant Director <br />Staff Not in Attendance: Steve Szaday, Preservation Specialist/Inspector; Larry Meteiver, Legal <br />Council <br />Members of the Public Present: none <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING <br />A. STUDEBAKER-RAILROAD CORRIDOR HISTORIC DISTRICT <br />On a motion by Tim Klusczinski to sponsor Resolution No. 2014-01 recommending the <br />nomination of the Studebaker -Railroad Corridor Historic District to the National Register of <br />Historic Places, reading the resolution into record with a second by Dave Steinhauer. <br />Vote: 7 — 0 Unanimously adopted Resolution No. 2014-01. <br />III.
