NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />Phases II and III in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from J.F. New & Associates, <br />Inc. for professional services related to <br />the Blackthorn Golf Course located in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />James Riggs stated that this proposal is for <br />the wetland adjacent to the Ninth Green at <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. It provides for the <br />installation of a liner that will be placed at <br />the base of the wetland to maintain a <br />desired water level. Part of the service that <br />will be provided by J.F. New & Associates <br />includes preparing the wetland for plantings <br />that will be located along its shelf. <br />The fee for this work is $11,291.50. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal <br />from J.F. New and Associates, Inc. for <br />professional services related to the <br />Blackthorn Golf Course in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />e.
