King) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Value Plus <br />Construction has asked that item 6.a. be <br />tabled until the next meeting. Ms. <br />Schwartz requested that Value Plus <br />Construction, Inc. be provided with a copy <br />of Minutes of the meeting of September 5, <br />1997, particularly pertaining to South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation's request for special <br />tax abatement consideration. <br />Mr. Hunt requested that a Redevelopment <br />staff member research the number of <br />properties that might have been affected by <br />the repealed ordinance. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Value Plus <br />Construction Inc.'s situation is not similar <br />to the situation the Commission had with <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation, because <br />Valu Plus Construction's property located <br />at 2520 W. Calvert was constructed months <br />after the automatic tax abatement ordinance <br />was repealed.
