NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 1217 <br />Academy. (John and Virginia Robinson) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 211 N. Brookfield. (Inez <br />Douglas) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Inez <br />Douglas is in the amount of $10,250.00 at <br />0% interest for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $85.42. The grant is <br />$10,073.25. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 211 <br />N. Brookfield. (Inez Douglas) <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1711 S. St. Joseph <br />Street.
