There were no objections and item <br />6.e. was tabled. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Rental Rehab Assignment from Timothy <br />D. Hancz to purchaser Joseph and Edgar <br />Risinger for property located at 445 S. <br />Meade. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if Joseph G. Risinger <br />and Edgar V. Risinger own other rental <br />properties. Mary Beth Thompson of the <br />Bureau of Housing stated that they do. She <br />also noted that the Bureau of Housing <br />conducted a financial background check on <br />Joseph and Edgar Risinger. The Bureau of <br />Housing also checked with Code <br />Enforcement regarding any history of <br />home - inspection violations that the <br />Risingers might have had. There is no <br />record of Code violations on property <br />within the City owned by the Risingers. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Rental <br />Rehab Assignment from Timothy D. Hancz <br />to purchasers Joseph and Edgar Risinger <br />for property located at 445 S. Meade in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Rental Rehab Subordination Agreement <br />for property located at 445 S.
