9 July Staff report for 1430 E. Wayne. General Office work. Newer Computers for all <br />Staff installed. <br />10 July Reconciled Location Report. Met with CJ and Chris from Troyer at Diane and <br />Ron Snyder's landmark at 14309 Adams concerning the extension of Granger Paths in the <br />right of way across their property. Returned calls to Luzney re: 939 Johnson Road issues <br />with failing barn and fencing installed without building permit. She also mentioned that <br />$10,000.00 worth of repairs were needed to house from the storm damage. Referred her <br />to Mark Lyons in Building Department. Returned Rose Carols inquiry about a home on <br />Sunnyside and Erica Radiken about a home in Chapin Park. <br />11 July Reconciled 2015 Budget and e-mailed corrections to Teresa Sutter. Inquiry from <br />Mr. Ketchum at 1129 Riverside Drive about COA procedure to replace his tile roof. This <br />will probably happen in September. Researched Otto Seeler, Architect in South Bend, <br />Professor at Notre Dame during long conversation with Rose Carol. General Office work. <br />Followed up with Mark Lyons on 639 Johnson -Mrs. Luzney had not contacted him. Gave <br />Then and Now Tour at 6:00. <br />14-15 July Vacation Days <br />16 July Research on Jacob Harris for Troyer/Granger Paths on Adams Road. <br />General Office work. Met with Karen and Bob Lesher who just purchased 808 Forest at <br />6:OOp.m. to go over their landscaping plans and the Chapin Park Guidelines. The only <br />item that would require a COA would be for tree removals; all of their other exterior work <br />is repair and repaint and removing overgrown vegetation. <br />17 July Continued research on Jacob Harris and rough draft of the history of South <br />Bend Architecture for Jennifer Parker at NDU. Spoke with Erin Blasko of the South <br />Bend Tribune, he asked to see the Troyer Evaluation for the AFC Church; he will call and <br />make arrangements. <br />18 July Prepared Staff Report for 1204 E. Wayne and emailed to Commissioners <br />and owners and Staff. Followed up with Charlie Cornett in Purchasing (new purchasing <br />manger) about time line, process in obtaining the new combo copier and I-Pad—still no <br />response. Began preparing Invoice for City work in the first two quarters of 2014 for <br />Stipend. <br />
