6. Legal Counsel None. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. Presidents Report — Distributed. Discussion regarding partnership opportunities with <br />South Bend Roller Girls. <br />2. MicroVenture Consulting Report Evaluation — none. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. 539 Riverside Drive — Following the removal of the outermost siding layer (Insul-Brick), <br />owner will proceed with in-kind maintenance and repair of the original cladding materials (brick <br />and clapboard). Discussion. No further action is needed at this time." _ <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Intern Resolutions <br />On a motion by Tim Klusczinski with a second by Tom Gordon to sponsor Intern Resolutions for <br />Grant Caton, Marc Gazda, Julia Lee, Molly Carmona, Eduardo Reyes, and Chloe McCotter. <br />Vote: 5 — 0 Unanimous. <br />B. East Wayne Street Island <br />On a motion by Jerry Niezgodski with a second by Tim Klusczinski, to clarify that the East <br />Wayne Street Island shrub removal and planting of grass and flowers does not warrant <br />Commission approval and work can proceed without a public hearing. <br />C. Invitation from Brendan Moore of Michiana Civil War Re -enactors to participate with raising <br />funds to restore a historic building behind former Eggelston School, presented by Commissioner <br />Voll. <br />VII.
