Blaine. (Travis Shell) <br />j. Commission approval requested to <br />terminate lease with 1st Source Bank as <br />Trustee for Land Trust #34515007 in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this is for a small <br />strip of land located behind the Morris <br />Civic Auditorium. It is currently used for <br />parking. The lease termination date is <br />December 31, 1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the termination <br />of lease with 1 st Source Bank as Trustee <br />for Land Trust #34515007 in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area as of <br />December 31, 1997. <br />k.
