Since this incident, we <br />contacted Bank of America who had just gotten possession of this property and <br />has since secured, cleaned, and is making improvements in anticipation of sale. <br />-307 Lamont -Chapin Park <br />Windows on side of door broken and boarding torn off front door. Owner was <br />contacted and local representatives were on site that afternoon to re -secure <br />property <br />-701 Lincoln Way East -Edgewater Place <br />Windows on rear and east sides had boarding removed and structure entered. <br />Code boarding crew re -secured <br />In each of the above houses after becoming aware of the break-ins I called the police to <br />obtain a police report, searched the building to make sure it was empty, and then <br />contacted code for a board order.
