City Cemetery -Communicating with South Bend Cemeteries DIGitazation volunteer coordinator. <br />Preparing presentation and presenting before Common Council, in which they voted 8-0 in favor of a <br />Resolution recommending the establishment of a 5 -year action plan for the revitalization and <br />preservation of the historic city cemetery. Meeting with Chris Huff to go over site plans. Attend Park <br />ndation meeting to go over details of a fundraising website and campaign that they intend to <br />ch this fall. Meeting with Oliver Davis to schedule working session. Attend working session with Oliver <br />avis, Phil St. Clair, Steve Nemeth, Jonathon Geels, and others to plan for Common Council Kick-off <br />meeting scheduled for Wednesday July 17 at 5 pm in Council meeting room. Plan for and promote a <br />history tour guided by Travis of Center for History. <br />12. The Architecture and Urbanism of South Bend (Arch - n - Urb)-Meeting at HPC with Jennifer Parker <br />regarding building research. Begin researching Oliver family buildings. Behind the scenes tour of Oliver <br />family mansion with Brandon Anderson and Interns. <br />13. Heritage Tours -Meeting with Center for History Brandon Anderson and Marilyn Thompson. <br />14. Downtown South Bend, Inc. First Friday's -Correspondence with Purple Porch and Bicycle Gallery, as <br />their liaison. <br />15. Then & Now downtown tours - <br />16. 933 Bridge -Promoting the project through a press release. Organize and promote three HPC <br />volunteer days. <br />17. Assisting Erin Springer, Eureka College fellow on her research with The State Theatre. <br />18. Attend St. Joseph County department head meeting with Catherine regarding health fair and <br />rWgets. <br />19. Redevelopment Commission -Preview agendas. <br />20. Research property lines of 1144 East Bronson for Mark, owner. Research a demolished house at 1244 <br />Lincoln Way East for Tracy. <br />21.
