NAVARRE <br />DISTRICT CHAPIN PARK <br />RATING OUTSTANDING <br />HOMEOWNER BANK OF AMERICA <br />WORK PROPOSED: REPLACE 32 X 85 WINDOW. INSTALLING 32 X 85 WOOD <br />FRAME WINDOW. <br />NOVEMBER STAFF HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HASHBERGER MORTGAGE <br />SERVICES, LLC THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER FOR BANK OF AMERICA. <br />PREVIOUSLY THIS ADDRESS HAS BEEN CITED FOR CODE VIOLATIONS AND <br />BREAK INS TURNED INTO POLICE BY STEVE SZADAY, PRESERVATION <br />SPECIALIST. THE PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGER PERFORMED OBVIOUSLY <br />UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ON THIS QUEEN ANNE. <br />STAFF SENT KACEY HASHBERGER LINKS TO WEBSITE FOR COA APPLICATION <br />AND CHAPIN PARK'S STANDARDS. KACEY HASHBERGER ASSURED STAFF <br />THAT THE WORK THAT WILL BE DONE ON THIS HOME WILL BE"RESPECTFUL OF <br />ITS ARCHITECTURAL CHARACTER". <br />2 DECEMBER STAFF RECEIVED COA APPLICATION FOR THE <br />REPLACEMENT OF THE WINDOW. <br />3 DECEMBER STAFF PHOTOGRAPHED LOCATION OF PROPOSED <br />REPLACEMENT WINDOW. THE PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGER BOARDED UP <br />THE OPENING, PAINTED THE PLYWOOD AND THEN INSERTED AN UNDERSIZED <br />VINYL WINDOW IN THE PLYWOOD. STAFF THEN CONTACTED GARY (574 215 <br />9955) WHO WOULD BE DOING THE WORK TO VERIFY THE SPECIFICS OF THE <br />PROJECT. STAFF APPROVED THE IN-KIND REPLACEMENT OF THE PROPOSED <br />WINDOW THAT WILL BE WOOD AND THE APPROPRIATE DIMENSIONS. <br />
