I want to build a handicap ramp at 621 Uncolnway East in South Bend IN 46601. <br />I will build this to ADA standards, with a 60 in square landing coming off the existing opening in the <br />porch, coming along the front of the porch with a landing at the end of the porch and a ramp coming <br />down to the sidewalk. The landing off the porch will have 3 new steps coming to the existing sidewalk. I <br />will use treated lumber to build this ramp. The center of the space framed in by the ramp and existing <br />sidewalk I will make into a raised flower bed to soften the look of the ramp. I will plant a Hydrandea in <br />the back with period perennials in the front of that. I plan to make this fully functional as well as <br />pleasing in appearance.
