Tapping during our inspection did not give a hollow sound <br />typical of a delaminated area. <br />A follow-up photo of the building's elevation, taken 8/22/12, shows <br />the piece missing. <br />Though this does not answer the question of how the piece came about being <br />on the ground it does narrow the window of occurrence to between 8/17 to <br />8/22. <br />Troy <br />Troy A.
