ST. <br />JOSEPH PURCHASED AND DEEDED TO SHEILA MCCARTHY. <br />1 1 OCTOBER CATHERINE TOPPEL TOLD ME THAT SHEILA WAS IN <br />POSSESSION OF THE HOUSE AND THAT CODE HAD LIFTED THE DEMO <br />ORDER. I WROTE SHEILA A LETTER EXPLAINING THAT SHE WOULD STILL <br />NEED TO APPLY FOR A NEW COA TO RE -ROOF BUT THAT THERE WOULD <br />BE NO CHARGE AND THE WORK WOULD BE STAFF APPROVED. <br />17 OCTOBER JARED AT HOME SERVICES APPLIED FOR COA TO RE - <br />ROOF. <br />ISSUED COA SO WORK COULD START IMMEDIATELY. JARED SHARED <br />IMAGES OF THE HOUSE'S INTERIOR DETERIORATION AND WHAT WAS LEFT <br />OF WHAT APPEARED TO BE A THIRD FLOOR BALLROOM WITH LOTS OF <br />WATER DAMAGE. HE SAID THAT THE ADDITION WAS IN VERY BAD SHAPE. <br />I ASKED HIM TO HAVE SHEILA CONTACT THE OFFICE SO THAT WE COULD <br />GO OVER ALL OF HER PLANS AND NEEDS FOR THAT BUILDING WITH HER. <br />
