Southhold Preservation Awards -Conversation with Randy Kelly of DTSB on partnering for Pride of Place as in 2010. Develop survey monkey template and collector code for newsletter inclusion. 17. State Theatre -Correspondence with Pete Exum of Hayden House on lodging for students, Ezra of Opera LaSalle, and Tamara of DTSB. Working out details with Neal Vogel. Make copies from the file for Neal. Discussing lunch details with Steve. Scheduling a student tour of the Morris. Prepare a Press Release and email to press and select city officials. Meeting at the State to assist with the class. Provided interview to WNDU Mark Peterson. Prepare thank you cards to Neal Vogel & students, Bruno's downtown, Jimmy John's downtown, H & G, DTSB, Banko Capital, Paul & Pete, Doug Turnock and Ezra. 18. Correspondence with Greg Kil of Kil Architecture on 1 /the Hansel Building on West Washington 2/103 West Wayne/Michigan. Emailing Greg with details of a meeting with Staff to review the plans for the Hansel building. Researching HPC files and forwarding to Greg for the Wayne St. building. Meeting with Greg Kil, Catherine, and Steve at HPC Office to go over plans for Hansel Center for Art and Culture. Gave Greg contact info for Accurate Construction (window restoration on Central High Apts). 22. 106 Reviews -Sign off on reviews documented by Steve. 23. Respond to Kim of Dzieda Associates regarding 112 West Jefferson, Citizens Bank building. The new owners, Brad Toothaker and Ryan Rand are converting it to office suites and inquired on tax credits and Landmarking. Gathered research and forward information. 24.
