Wash " ington <br />Submitted as attachment to COA application of February 12, 2012 <br />1. Remove young maple tree in front yard and stump — Figure 1 <br />2. Remove stone around base of maple — replace with dirt and grass — Figure 1 <br />3. Remove dead arbavitae bushes planted in fall of 2011. Replace with mulch — Figure 2 <br />4. Remove all scrub brush along east property line and associated stumps — Figure 3 <br />5. Remove all scrub tress along east elevation of carriage house and associated stumps — <br />Figure 4 <br />6. Remove chain link fence along east property line — Figure 3 <br />7. Install black dirt and grass in areas disturbed by tree and fence removal — Figure 3 <br />8. Remove non-contributing windows and associated rough sawn siding installed in original <br />carriage house door openings. Install smooth face exterior plywood within openings to <br />secure. Paint brown to match trim. Permanent opening treatments will be determined and <br />submitted as a later time — Figures 5 to 8 <br />9. Remove later enclosure of rear porch and associated doors and windows — Figures 9 and <br />10. <br />
