Historic Preservation Commission <br />President's Report — April 16 2012 <br />• 03/19/2012 7:OOP: HPC Monthly Meeting (Rm 1308). <br />04/02/2012 12N: Southhold Nominating Committee. Members Present: Kevin <br />Buccellato, Timothy Klusczinski, Lynn Patrick, Sandra Rossow and Elicia Feasel <br />— Asst. Director. Watched a PowerPoint presentation and participated in the <br />discussion of the candidates /criteria for this year's awards celebration. <br />Commissioner Buccellato offered category revisions to breakout dissimilar <br />attributes from the competition (i.e. commercial v. residential). All had consensus. <br />Elicia volunteered to make the appropriate revisions and resend the presentation <br />to committee members (by final selection deadline on 4/3/2012). Commissioners <br />Patrick and Klusczinski voluntee t o donate high -grade paper and cardstock for <br />-- - use in printing certificates for all candidates. <br />Met with staff following Southhold business. <br />04/03/2012 10:00A: Delivered cardstock paper as promised. Inquired about <br />revised presentation not yet received. Elicia mentioned that it had been sent prior <br />to my arrival. <br />Additional discussion with staff over pending topics and upcoming workshop <br />ideas. <br />
