The <br />exterior walls are stucco with a wood course band between the storeys and a frieze board at the eave. The Gable <br />roof has asphalt shingles, there are two dormers both with pediments and wood shingles on the dormer walls with <br />wide eaves. There is a frill %Adth font porch with square brick piers with fascia board and a small pediment above <br />the entrance. The windows arc wood double hung with aluminum storms. The front windows have muntins in the <br />form of geometric squares. The.garage is attached to the rear of the house and has a wood shed dormer above and <br />an attached back porch with pergola. <br />ALTERATIONS: Aluminum storm windows and doors. The garage was constructed before 1932, the shed <br />dormer and back porch are more recent additions. The roof is not original to the house. <br />APPIACATION ITEMS: Replacement of deteriorating wood privacy fence with wood shadow box style fence <br />-that will closely resemble the newer fence not being replaced), and replacement of (long gone) gate over driveway <br />off of alley. (Fence is behind house, off alley). <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT:. The homeowners wish to replace a dilapidated stockade fence <br />with a wood fence resembling the shadow box style fence. The fence will be in the same location as the old along <br />the side and enclosing the rear yard of the house. There will be a three foot wood swing gate at the side of the <br />house. Also, there will be a 10 foot wood swing gate along the alley that will be installed between the brick pillars <br />and additional fencing.
