Mr. Wheeler has acquired approximately 200 linear feet of c.1900 wrought iron fence <br />from the Niles Cemetery. He is planning to install this on his property along the right- <br />of-way line. In addition to installing this, he asked if it would be possible to salvage the <br />lilacs to be removed from the southeast corner of the property and relocate them <br />between the fence and path. The project plans will call out the relocation of the lilacs <br />along the south edge of the right-of-way line. Other screening plants will also be <br />introduced. Arbor Vitaes were suggested. <br />9.
