The only <br />windows that will be disturbed oho|| bethe windows with interior storm windows that are operable by <br />tenants. Additionally, all work shall becompleted onthe exterior of the building, aseach unit has interior <br />storm windows. <br />Scope ofwork: <br />Removal of trim necessary to remove operable window sashes (-223 windows) <br />Remove window sashes <br />Remove paint from window jambs, stops.troughsondctheroreaaof friction/impact <br />Remove paint from window sashes <br />Re -glaze / repair removed windows asnecessary with like material <br />Paint window sashes <br />Re -install window sashes, making necessary repairs to cords and weights <br />Re -install trim removed toaccess window sashes <br />Paint all exterior window components (using strengthen epoxy where necessary to strengthen <br />existing wood.) <br />Nobe: Contractor shall attempt house heat first boremove paint; however, itisanticipated that <br />oUenlica(sihppersvi||baui|Uzsd. <br />All work conducted shall be conducted in a manner in which to maintain the historical integrity of the <br />structure. Minimal trim replacement is anticipated, given the age of the building and deterioration of some <br />wood components.
