WASHINGTON <br />DISTRICT: LOCAL LANDMARK <br />OWNER: CENTRAL HIGH ASSOCIATES, LLC <br />WORK PROPOSED: REMOVE ORIGINAL EXTERIOR TRIM AND <br />223 OPERABLE WOOD WINDOW SASHES. REMOVE PAINT FROM ALL <br />TRIM, SASHES, JAMBS, STOPS, AND TROUGHS. REPAIR WINDOWS WITH <br />WOOD AND EPDXY. RE -GLAZE ORIGINAL GLASS. PAINT ALL <br />COMPONENTS. REINSTALL SASHES, MAKING NECESSARY REPAIRS TO <br />CORDS AND WEIGHTS. REINSTALL ORIGINAL TRIM. <br />REPAIR: ALL WORK CONDUCTED SHALL BE CONDUCTED INA <br />MANNER IN WHICH TO MAINTAIN THE HISTORICAL INTEGRITY OF THE <br />STRUCTURE. <br />IN-KIND REPLACEMENT: MINIMAL TRIM REPLACEMENT IS <br />ANTICIPATED, GIVEN THE AGE OF THE BUILDING AND DETERIORATION OF <br />SOME WOOD COMPONENTS.
