CALL TO ORDER: <br />President Klusczinski called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Members Present: Timothy S. Klusczinski, Linda Riley, Jerry Niezgodski, David <br />Steinhauer, Lynn Patrick <br />Members Absent: Sandra Rossow, Todd Zeiger <br />Staff Present: Larry Meteiver, Legal Counsel; Catherine Hostetler, Director, Elicia <br />Feasel, Assistant Director <br />Members of the Public Present: Lance Roush, Jennifer Born, Alice McLane, Michael <br />Voll, Steve Bizzaro <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING: <br />A. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />None <br />B. NATIONAL REGISTER NOMINATION <br />1. City Cemetery—Elicia requested feedback on partial nomination, submitted to <br />Commissioners via email. Dave provided his input as to suggested <br />improvements. <br />III. HEARING OF VISITORS <br />A. Lance Roush of Quality Window and Door -Gave a presentation on Marvin <br />window products. <br />B. Steve Bizzaro-Inquiry as to the procedure to replace an original slate roof with <br />another slate -like product at 1615 E. Wayne Street. <br />IV. REGULAR BUSINESS <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES —March 7, 2011 Approved <br />B. TREASURER'S REPORT None. <br />C. STAFF REPORTS <br />1. Correspondence -Circulated. <br />2.
