It has a steep gable roof, molded raking trim with asphalt <br />shingles. The windows etre 6`6 double hung with brick header course sills wvitli pancled shutfcrs with a cut <br />out design. There is front lacy with windows with brick Header course sills and a ribbed hip roof. 'Elie <br />entry is a round arch with brick keystone and surround. Thcre is a 2 storey° off set gable winLr and a brick <br />chirriney in the ell. <br />AI_,T..,RATIONS: The 2 storey off set gable wing was constructed in 1949. Tixc front parch was <br />enclosed prior to 1949. 12 second floor windows were replaced with Ile]la Designer series wvindows with <br />COA 1996-0307. The rear door was replaced with a steel door with lites replicating the original with <br />COA 1997-0908.1'lle single pane dining room window may not be original to the house. 'rhe front door is <br />a replacement. The rear decking, fencing and landscaping are modern additions. <br />APPLICATIOIti ITE IVIS: ifl.
