I HAD <br />DISCUSSED THE ADDITION OF STORM WINDOWS WITH WAYNE EARLIER <br />IN THE WEEK AND WE HAD CONCLUDED THAT AN APPROPRIATE AND <br />ECONOMICAL SOLUTION WOULD BE A FIXED, SINGLE PANE STORM <br />WINDOW THAT WOULD FRAME THE RESTORED WINDOWS. IT WAS NOT . <br />THE INTENTION OF THE OWNER TO OPEN THE WINDOWS SINCE NEW <br />HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS HAD BEEN INSTALLED. <br />24 & 25 JANUARY E-MAILS AND PDF FILES OF PROPOSED RAILINGS <br />AND MATERIALS. MET WITH CHUCK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE <br />PLACEMENT AND HEIGHT OF THE RAILINGS WERE CORRECT.
