On a motion by Lynn Patrick with a second by Jerry Niezgodski to authorize Staff to <br />approve the City Foresters recommendation on the removal of a tree unless there is a <br />difference of opinion with the requirement that Staff also has a recommendation to <br />the applicant for a replacement option. If there is no replacement intention by the <br />owner, then the application should come before the Commission. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous. <br />3. Director's Report —Distributed. Discussion of Conservatories. <br />4. Assistant Director Report —Distributed. Discussion of Union Station and 2906 <br />Lincolnway West research. <br />5. Preservation Specialist Report None. <br />6. Legal Counsel None. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. Presidents Report None. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Nominating Committee for the 2012 Slate of Officers—Committee recommends slate of <br />officers as follows: Tim Klusczinski-President, Jerry Niezgodski-Vice President and Assistant <br />Secretary, Lynn Patrick -Secretary, and Mike Voll -Treasurer. <br />On a motion by Lynn Patrick with a second by Sandy Rossow to accept the nominating <br />committee recommendation. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous. <br />On a motion by Lynn Patrick with a second by Mike Voll to accept the 2012 slate of officers. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous. <br />B. CO2 demonstration—Discussion. Bremen location could work for a spring demonstration. <br />Commissioners will otherwise be thinking of a relevant local demonstration site. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Chapin Park Historic District ornaments are available for purchase, see Tim Klusczinski for <br />details <br />VII.
