We stopped <br />because we did not remember a COA being issued or see a building permit posted. <br />Wayne spoke with them and learned that the Company was from Michigan and did not <br />realize a permit was needed. The product was on -site along with a dumpster. <br />They came to the Office within 20 minutes and applied for a COA for in -kind <br />replacement of asphalt 3 tab roofing and paid the $15.00 fee. <br />
