Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 424 - 427 '/Z W. <br />LaSalle. (Joseph McHatton) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,000 as of July 30, <br />1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 427 - 427 '/2 W. LaSalle. (Joseph <br />McHatton) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Debt for property located <br />at 427 - 427 % W. LaSalle for Joseph <br />McHatton. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that Joseph McHatton <br />has completed the ten year period of the <br />Rental Rehab Loan and 10% of the <br />amount has been waived each year. <br />Joseph McHatton has met all the <br />inspection requirements and the rental <br />requirements. Ms. Kolata stated that this <br />document will be recorded to reflect his <br />completion of the loan requirements. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Satisfication <br />of Debt for property located at 427 - 427 <br />W.
