Grant St. (Tomas and <br />Frances Munoz) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the loan to Tomas <br />and Frances Munoz is in the amount of <br />$14,900 at 3% interest for 7 years with <br />monthly payments of $196.88 The grant <br />is in the amount of $9,803.20. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 433 <br />S. Bertrand St. <br />(Raymond and Virginia Zaworski) <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the loan to <br />Raymond and Virginia Zaworski is in the <br />amount of $4,550 at 3% interest for 3 <br />years with monthly payments of $132.32 <br />The grant is in the amount of $3,432. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 2114 <br />W.
